Managing Medication: Financial, Operational, and Clinical Workflow Impacts of ADCs
The silver tsumani–the massive number of people turning 65–is upon us. There are over 15K LTC facilities in the U.S., all trying to prepare for this surge in aging population while controlling costs and managing scarce resources. LTC pharmacies are continually looking for ways to evolve and adapt to the needs of facilities and patients, and many are exploring automation as a way to streamline processes and manage medications, particularly around first dose and emergency doses. In this session, we dive into the ways that ADCs can make financial, operational, and clinical sense for LTC pharmacies.
