In late 2016, we broke ground on a brand new, custom-built facility. We’ve finally moved into the 100,000 square-foot, two-floor space, bringing Parata’s manufacturing, distribution, and corporate offices into a single location for the first time since 2007. The building’s modern design promotes open collaboration across departments, improved productivity, and company-wide team events.
We offer two options for medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Employees can choose between a traditional PPO and a high-deductible health plan coupled with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Parata awards free “seed money” to employees who elect the HSA plan.
Parata also offers dental, supplemental vision, and life insurance; short- and long-term disability insurance; flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses; long-term care insurance; and voluntary accident, cancer and critical illness coverage.
Employees can take advantage of a 401(k) plan with a discretionary match, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), credit union membership, and discounts to local attractions.
Anytime there are 5 Fridays in a month, we celebrate “Fifth Friday.” It’s our made-up celebration that offers a great excuse to have ice cream and play ping-pong or corn hole.
