Field Support: We’ll Come to You.
If you experience an issue we can’t resolve over the phone, we’ll dispatch a Parata Field Support Engineer. Someone will be at your pharmacy within 24 hours if your system is not operational.

You can be certain you’re getting the best support possible. Our Field Support Engineers are hired, trained, and dispatched by Parata. They’re located strategically across the United States, Puerto Rico and overseas to support a prompt response to your call.
Parata invests heavily in field repair inventory. This way, our FSEs have the parts they need to resolve over 90% of issues on the first visit — and most in under two hours — so you can get back to business.
